Job Description:
10 + years of experience in Corporate & Commercial, Joint Ventures, Mergers and Acquisition, Project Finance, PPP Projects, Foreign Investment, Infrastructure Projects, Power, Energy, Telecom, Ports & Airports.
Hands on experience in drafting and vetting agreements, contracts, MOUs, etc.
Capable of handling a team of his /her own and handling work on his/her own initiative.
Experience of working with international clients.
A self- starter & should be able to bring in business.
Keen business and financial acumen.
Confidence and excellent communication skills - a must.
Proficient in computers.

Job Description:

Experience in conducting and managing litigation confidently with limited supervision and have a sound understanding and awareness of litigation & arbitration processes.
Drafting of pleadings, appearances before courts and tribunals, preparation of legal strategies and opinions based on legal research.
