Madhu Murthy G. K, has been practicing for 10 years & she joined Singhania & Partners in 2015. She is a Principal Associate and regularly represents National Highways of India, Ministry of Road, Transport and Highways, in various arbitrations, land acquisition cases before the High Court as well as the District Courts. The association with the Firm has brought her the exposure and opportunity of dealing with Civil law, Alternative Dispute Resolution, Law relating to Land Acquisition etc.
Madhu has represented some of the Firm’s leading clients such as Punj Lloyd Ltd, Quess. Corp. Ltd, National Highways Authority of India, etc., before various Forums. Her core expertise is Civil Litigation and Arbitration and she has been involved with lengthy trials wherein detailed examination and cross-examination of witnesses along with examination and review of contents of extensive documents and research etc. was conducted.
She is part of a team which was involved in high stake litigation and arbitration and has assisted clients in invoking and defending Writ Petitions and other issues related to legal/fundamental rights.
