He has rich experience in corporate and regulatory advisory, litigations and arbitrations. His experience spans across a wide range of industries and practice areas, including Infrastructure, Insolvency & Restructuring, Intellectual Property, Technology, Media & Telecom, Healthcare, Banking & Finance, Insurance, Employment & Labour and White-Collar Crimes.
Mayank is recognised for his thorough understanding of the regulatory frameworks in India. He has represented prominent multi-national conglomerates in several contentious and high-value matters before the Supreme Court of India, various High Courts and Tribunals such as TDSAT, NCLT, DRT, Enforcement Directorate and Appellate Tribunals. He has led various arbitrations and has also been appointed as Arbitrator in complex commercial matters.
Mayank has several publications to his credit and has also delivered multiple sessions and online certificate courses as an expert on legal issues pertaining to arbitrations, copyright laws, data privacy and technology laws.
